AMATEUR star Alex Pattison made a solid start to his professional career at Liverpool Olympia in December 2022, overcoming very useful journeyman Robbie Chapman 40-37.
A medical issue meant Pattison’s second fight didn’t take place until July 2023 and although it’s hard to look impressive against awkward Victor Edagha, the Liverpool man turned on the style winning all four rounds.
Pattison’s third encounter was lively, and although decent Pole Patryk Polasik was always offensive, the Liverpool’s man’s superior skills saw him take a clear points win.
The progression continued at sold out Grand Central Hall in his home city. That was in February 2024 when he outscored Tom Ramsden over four rounds.
At the same venue in June, Pattison scored his first professional stoppage, outclassing Kasra Zoughalian and finishing the job in round three.
During Alex’s amateur career he won three National titles before turning pro with John Rice in his corner.
