JACKSON HULME returned after a four-year layoff at VIP Boxing’s Wigan show in November 2022 and impressed outpointing, Eligio Palacios who was having his 75th fight.

 

Hulme who has been sidelined because of a serious hand injury looked a decent operator, won all four rounds and showed decent variety.

 

The Blackpool man had two fights in 2018, outpointing Naeem Ali and Rudolf Dorica over four rounds.

 

He finally got the chance to box as a professional in his hometown when he outscored Jake Osgood over four rounds in May 2023.

 

Jackson who is also VIP Boxing’s DJ at shows ended 2023 with a hometown points win against Fonz Alexander, but suffered a badly cut right eye following an accidental head clash moments from the conclusion of their six-rounder.

He returned for his first bout of 2024 in May, when he outpointed Alexander’s stablemate, Richard Helm.
