BIG selling Jamie made it a night to remember on his professional debut in October 2023, impressing in a shutout points win against Christian Narvaez. If that was a performance to remember when he returned in Blackpool the following month, he became one of the few to stop Karl Sampson, knocking out the Sheffield journeyman in round two with a pinpoint right hand to the temple.

 

He continued to impress in February 2024, thrashing out a four round points win over import Engel Gomez. He returned in April and although he floored Jahfieus Fahre in the opening moments he was pushed all the way by the Birmingham man before winning 39-36 on the card.

 

Although he started boxing aged 11, he took seven years out and didn’t return until 2021. In 2022 he represented the Isle of Man in the Commonwealth Games.
