LENNOX will get his career back on track after losing his unbeaten record in a sensational clash against Razor Ali at York Hall in May 2024.

The chance to go away and challenge for the IBO Continental Super-Bantamweight title was too much to turn down.

The Wigan man was knocked out in the third round of an epic, and came close to winning in the opening round.

Lythgoe paid the price for losing focus when his gum shield dropped to the floor. He was dropped by a body shot, but survived. Razor followed up and Lennox was then counted out.

LENNOX made an impressive debut in September 2021 blowing away far more experienced Ricky Leach inside two rounds.

It was easy picking again two months later when he outpointed Bradford’s Jake Pollard 40-35.

His first two fights of 2022 were shutout points wins against Simas Volosinas and Constantin Radoi.

Lythgoe ended the year in blockbuster fashion stopping Chris Wong inside one round.

It was a headache matching him for his first contest of 2023 and he was forced to go over old ground, belting Volosinas on points over four rounds.

July saw Lythgoe deliver his most spectacular win so far, demolishing Reynaldo Cajina after just 28 seconds of the opening round of a scheduled six-rounder.

Matching Lythgoe is becoming a nightmare for the VIP team and in September he gave away weight to get an outing and outscored Jake Smith over four rounds.

Lythgoe who hopes to fight English champion stablemate Zahid Hussein in 2024, rounded off 2023 with a points win against Steve Jackson.
